Terms of use covering site usage, booking confirmation flow and general responsibility limits.
These terms set out the general rules applicable to site usage and the booking flow.
Product-specific conditions, promotional terms and supplier limitations are shown separately before payment.
Site Usage
- The site content is provided for information and booking facilitation purposes.
- Misleading, abusive or system-disrupting use is not accepted.
- Users are responsible for keeping the information they submit accurate and up to date.
Pricing and Booking
- Prices may be updated due to inventory, dates, suppliers and exchange rates.
- The binding total is the amount shown on the final pre-payment confirmation screen.
- Included and excluded services are indicated on the relevant product card and detail page.
Booking Confirmation
A reservation becomes final when the payment is completed successfully and a system-generated confirmation email is created.
Immediately after payment, the user is shown a booking summary and transaction details.
In exceptional cases such as a technical error, fare synchronization issue, clear supplier error or force majeure, Laremir Travel may offer an equivalent alternative or refund the amount collected.
Third-Party Suppliers
Some services may be performed by airlines, hotels, DMCs or local providers. In such cases, supplier-specific operational limits and conditions may also apply.
