Cancellation and Refund Policy

Corporate policy explaining cancellation, no-show, date-change and refund rules.

Product-specific conditions, promotional restrictions and supplier limits are displayed before booking.

Cancellation and refund rules in travel services may vary depending on product type, supplier structure, travel date and promotional class.

Laremir Travel aims to make those rules visible before booking and to manage eligible refunds through clear communication.

What Is Considered in a Cancellation Review

  • The type of booking and whether it is a dated travel service
  • Supplier cancellation and no-show rules
  • Separate conditions for flights, hotels, transfers and extra services
  • Promotional, special-offer or non-refundable fare classes

No-Show and Unused Services

If the user does not attend the booked service and does not notify us before the start of travel or service, the file may be treated as a no-show.

In no-show cases, no refund may be available, or only unused refundable items may be reviewed.

Date Changes

Date-change requests are assessed subject to availability.

New-date pricing differences, exchange-rate differences or supplier-imposed amendment fees may be charged to the user.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be made for unused and refundable service components.

After a trip or service has started, only future unused segments and supplier-approved components may be considered.

Refund Process

  • Eligibility is first reviewed on a booking-file basis.
  • Any deductions and non-refundable items are explained clearly to the user.
  • Approved refunds are initiated within a maximum of 7 business days.
  • The time needed for the refund to appear on the original payment method depends on the bank and payment provider.

Items That May Remain Non-Refundable

  • Non-refundable promotional classes
  • Used or commenced services
  • Tickets or hotel components that cannot be reversed by the supplier
  • Taxes, service fees or file-based deductions

Each request is reviewed on a file basis and answered in writing as soon as reasonably possible.
