When Is a Booking Confirmed?
A reservation becomes final when the payment is completed successfully and a system-generated confirmation email is created.
Immediately after payment, the user is shown a booking summary and transaction details.
Exceptional Cases
In exceptional cases such as a technical error, fare synchronization issue, clear supplier error or force majeure, Laremir Travel may offer an equivalent alternative or refund the amount collected.
Card and Payment Data Approach
Card-data handling and payment-routing logic are managed according to the acquiring bank and payment infrastructure used in Morocco.
The objective is to minimize unnecessary data exposure while operating in line with banking and compliance standards.
